Giancarlo Perego, direttore della Fondazione Migrantes e docente di Teologia Dogmatica presso la Libera Università Maria Ss. Assunta di Roma terrà una conferenza sul tema “Profughi oggi”.

L’iniziativa, realizzata dal Comune di Vittorio Veneto e dalla Fondazione Migrantes in collaborazione con noi della Caritas Diocesana di Vittorio Veneto, è a chiusura della mostra documentaria “Fratelli irredenti: sudditi fedeli o nemici? L’evacuazione dei Trentini nella Grande Guerra” ospitata dal Museo della Battaglia.

Perego, uomo in prima linea nell’accoglienza dei profughi e nel prospettare soluzioni più organiche e strutturali al “problema”, proporrà una riflessione rivolta alla contemporaneità, che, pur rimarcando le differenze di contesto, offra uno sguardo sulle più recenti e brucianti vicende delle migrazioni dal Sud del mondo verso l’Europa occidentale.
